We provide a genuine, reliable 24 hour emergency call out service, which you will find is a point of difference from many of our competitors.

You will always be able to contact us, at any time of the day or night. This is particularly important in the middle of the night when keyholders don’t want to be sitting around waiting for a glazier to call back.

Quality workmanship is important to The Glass Company, but we don’t believe it needs to come with an inflated price tag. The prices being offered to you should minimise the impact on your budget of any glass repairs.

One of the things we’ve identified as a concern to people using tradesmen is reliability. We guarantee to be at a job when we say we will.

We guarantee that the work will be carried out by a qualified tradesman; many other glazing companies use unqualified glaziers.

All safety guidelines and legislation will be strictly adhered to, which is crucial in areas such as schools.

The Glass Company is a community minded company. We support Plunket, the women’s centre, and offer subsidised pricing to schools and child care centres. We also support other youth initiatives through the likes of the kids foundation & rotary.

We are dedicated to building a loyal client base of satisfied customers. We are committed to helping people to minimise the impact that unnecessary damage can have on individuals and businesses.

We would like to offer our services to you in a way we believe will benefit your school, and subsequently your pupils. Our offer is outlined below:

1. Immediate contact with a glazier.

When you call our 0800 number you will immediately reach the glazier, not a call centre or answering service. He will then be able to give you a timeframe for your job to be actioned. Our after hours response time is less that 30 minutes

2. 10% rebate from the School Support Programme

We offer a unique opportunity to contribute financially to your school just by using our services. We will donate 10% of the total cost of any job completed at the school during the year, back to the school at the beginning of December by way of a donation.

We also extend this offer to parents of the children that attend the school. Any time a parent uses our services and mentions this offer we will donate 10% of the cost of the job back to the school.

The feedback that we have had from participating schools has been that whilst grants can be obtained for specific purposes and items, it is not easy to come by cash that can be used for day to day things such as bus fare for a sports team, or admission for students to attend an event. We have had one school write to us saying that they had used a donation to provide sun hats to children.

3. Insurance

We carry $1m worth of Public Liability Insurance.
