SERVICESAfter Hours Emergency Glazing We offer a 24 hour, 7 day a week glazing service. It doesn't matter if it's 11.45pm on New Years Eve or 7.30 on Christmas morning we have somebody available to help you with your problem. We have an after hours response time in the greater Wellington area of only 1/2 an hour. When you call us on 0800 777 007 you are guaranteed to speak to a member of our staff directly. We don't use call centres as we believe the best and most efficient service comes from being personally available at all times. Residential glazing Our normal business hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We have mobile tradesmen in your area every day. Our vans are fitted with mobile Eftpos terminals to make payment a breeze & we accept both Visa & Mastercard. We operate a same day service for people with an emergency, so if you need that window repaired now call us and we can help. Commercial glazing We are experienced in all aspects of commercial glazing, from repairing your broken shop front glass to replacing broken frameless doors and entrance ways. We are also well versed in high rise window repairs and rope access glazing. If you need mirrors, glass shelves or counter glass for a new shop or office fit out we a happy to do an on site consultation and free quotation. If you are looking at installing new glass walls in your office we can provide an obligation free quotation for the work. Rope access glazing We have a certified experienced abseiler on staff to reach windows that have poor access. Unfortunately, some high rise buildings don't have practical and simple systems in place to enable a high window to be reglazed. While the building is being constructed glazing can be a simple process, as you have a crane & scaffolding erected on a secure site. Reglazing however can become extremely difficult after the building has been finished. Sometimes the cheapest & simplest method of fixing a cracked or broken window can be for someone to go over the top on a rope.
